terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions exclusively cover Greenconscience's online sales on greenconscience.com  web site.
The
greenconscience.fr web site is is managed by the Familyportraits SA company (registered under nr 500 297 080 000 11 at the RCS - Paris trade register) with a capital of  40 000 Eur and whose head office is located 13 rue Michel le Comte 75003 Paris.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by Greenconscience. The new version will be noticed to users on the web site under the mention "new Terms and Conditions".

II - Pricing

The prices for all goods are in Euro inclusive of VAT and do not include transport and processing costs. The delivery cost  will be quoted on the website and confirmed at the time of the purchasing. In case of VAT change rate, the price will automatically be updated.

III - Terms and ordering

The Terms and Conditions must be read and agreed upon before the customer purchases any goods on the website.

The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions does not need to be expressed in writing. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent summarizing the order and its status and the main clauses of the present Tems and Conditions.

IV - Availability

Our products and offers are only valid on our website and within the limit of available stock. In the case there is a partial or total unavailability of the product(s) after the ordering, greenconscience.com reserves the right to make a partial delivery of the order. The customer will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation or of the partial delivery of his order. 
Pursuant the article L121-20-3 of the Code of Consumption, the client may ask : the refund of the item within 30 days after the order date or the delivery of a similar quality or value item depending on available stock.

V - Payment

We only accept payment online by cards (CB, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa) which will be held in strict confidence via the Paypal's encryption process.
Greenfashion.fr has not the right to access to these data and to keep them on a server.

VI
- Delivery

The ordered goods will be delivered to the address the  customer has entered during the ordering process.
Greenconscience and the carrier can?t be held liable for non-delivery due to an incomplete address given by the customer. Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and paid by the customer. The payment amount will be indicated before the validation of the payment. Goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order date except in case of force majeure as defined by the applicable law. Should the parcel be damaged, it is the responsibility of the client to check the suitability of the product. Any defect or non conformity of the product must be notified on the delivery note in hand-writting accompanied by the client?s hand-written signature. The client will also re-confirm these damages in writing by registered letter with acknowlegment of receipt to the carrier within 3 days after the delivery date. A copy of this letter will be sent to Greenconsci sheets provided by the manufacturers. Data sheets pictures and texts are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

If an item is defective, the warranty conditions of the manufacturer specified on the product data sheet apply. In this case the manufacturer is liable for the warranty of hidden defects of a product that render it unfit for use; the client must then contact the manufacturer?s Customer Service or Greenconscience in the respect of the Article 1641 of the French Civil code.. De facto, a manufacturer is liable for damages caused by a defect in his product (Art.1386-1 of the French Civil code).
In case of delivery of a non-conforming product from the supplier, the client can return it to Greenconscience further to the procedure described on the ?Help? page.

The client may ask:

- the same item as the original product depending on available stock.
- A similar quality or value item depending on available stock.
- The refund of the item within of the website. A full refund of the goods will be provided within 30 days of the date of receipt of the goods in our premises provided the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging. We advise customer to return the goods by registered Colissimo;  in case of litigation, the client will be required to provide a proof of receipt of the goods  in our premises. The client will receive an email confirming his withdrawal and cancellation, the receipt of the goods in our premises and the refund date and amount. 

IX
- Security of data

The personal information collected by greenconscience.fr from customers are only used to process their  orders.

Pursuant to the article 34 of the Computer and Freedom Law, the member is entitled to access, modify, correct and delete information about him. Greenconscience undertakes not to disclose any personal information to third parties. Pursuant to the French Law of 21st June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the member agrees to receive by e-mail invitations to the familyportraits website sales by ticking the appropriate box on the registration form. He may choose to opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails by clicking the unsubscribe link  in an invitation e-mail.

- Intellectual property.

Greenconscience is a trademark registered at the INPI ; the domain name is also protected. They are our property and may not be used without our written consent.
